Around the U.S. Occupy movements have been vanishing, but Occupy Fairbanks continues to stand against capitalism. This 2012 Fairbanks panel discussion includes discourse on the events and issues leading to the Occupy Fairbanks movement. 1. Movement supporters blame everything on Wall Street

False. First of all there are many culprits in the economic crisis and government takeover. Wall Street is a symbol of the excess and corporate dominance in our daily lives. If journalists were to look beyond the good rallying points of Wall Street, there would be more to find out. A good hint is to take a look at Occupy Movement signs online and you will see sings at Occupy Rallies and elsewhere displaying many different issues.

2. “They have no agenda”

It takes more than just talking to one representative and thinking you’re an expert. You as the citizen have to put yourself out there and experience for yourself what its like to be at an encampment or event. With every Occupy group there are several clear goals:
